This is probably a post with more pix of people you don't know than you really want to see (N) But oh well - Lots of fond farewells, cleaning, packing, sorting, laughing, crying. We sold the car today - I thought I'd be so glad to see it go and guess what..? I cried - How dumb is that. What an emotional time. We had sr. conf on Mon & Tues in S'pore. Two other couples are leaving as well. The couple who is replacing us is here and we met them at sr. conf. But they won't be to our apt until tomorrow - trying to get it all clean and our stuff packed by then.A little farewell barbecue - the sign says von voyage - we chuckled. It was a fun\sad night.

Lots of fond farewells.

Last District meeting in our apartment. Katie and Doug were the 'token investigators' for role playing.
Buff and Katie helped cook french toast and made a really yummy syrup that I'd never tried before. We left for two days in Singapore as soon as the meeting was completed.

A light show projected on the Science building at Marina Bay Sands in S'pore.
The kids talked us into riding the Singapore Flyer - magnificent views.
We also did a fish spa - all of us - including Doug & Garald - this is my legs here - it tickled.
Some roadside scenery today as we were walking back from leaving our car at the dealers.
Mac on the left cuts our hair - his friend, Elaine and her daughter - investigators. Both very talented people - trying to make a living in a tough economy.
A good-bye lunch today with Eunice. Gosh we're going to miss so many good friends.
Almost to be member Carol arriving at church (for baptism) on the moto with husband and two children. Helmet in hand.
Two of the JB children Yun Yun on the right and Angela on the left.
A farewell pic with Jimmy and Minan and family - recent converts - of course the elders stopped in while we were there.
A farewell party with Masai members at Norma and Alvin's home.
Farewell with Jeff & Cheryl at JB branch pot luck after church. Jeff is the one who has been in the hospital with Crohns disease. Has been on a liquid diet only for 3 months now. We hope the future brings good health for him and a wedding date for both of them in this coming year.
3 good guys
Roger in the hospital
The same Roger at his baptism 3 days later.
Last Sunday there were 12 baptisms in Masai - what a great 'last Sunday' event for us.

Carol - the same gal who arrived on the moto - with her husband.
Beginning of the baptismal meeting which started at 8:45 a.m. We attended JB branch right after this - we do navigate the road often between the two branches.
Family Baptism

Another family baptism
Two of the elders with President John and Elder G.

A fond farewell from me. I will miss your mission, too! You have been awesome missionaries. Such a good example to me. Safe travels! So wish I could be in Draper for your return. Will see you in June! Stay in touch. Love to you both, Roxann
